Deb and Jeff had been in an apartment for too long. They were newlyweds, and life had finally fallen into place for their first home purchase together. They were not novices to the buying process, but it had a been a while for each of them, and many things in the industry had changed since their last purchases. They had a lot of questions and had been given bad information from too many friends. Jennifer straightened all of that out and connected them with an excellent loan officer who worked out a great loan for them, so that Deb and Jeff were ready when they found their perfect house. Custom shelving is going up in their new library now, and Jeff is on a wild planting spree in the back yard. Sounds like apartment living had cramped their style!
