Incredible Zionsville estate home on 3.10 acres designed in the Hunt Club tradition, with lush grounds and rich finish details too numerous to describe here. THIS is an entertainer’s home…either casual or formal…with a gourmet kitchen to envy, a royal dining room, expansive decks with massive grill area, pub-style wet bar & billiard area in the basement. All of this PLUS a carriage house with a true “man cave” and a home theater to die for. There is so much to love here! Stately and elegant, yet comfortable and inviting. This should top the MUST SEE list!
Christopher had the greatest engagement proposal plan ever, as far as Jennifer was concerned. What guy rents out Lucas Oil Stadium for a proposal? Awesome! Assuming his girlfriend said YES, Christopher would need a house to make their home. Jennifer was the Realtor to help him find it. Or at least that’s what his friend Jon said (who’d bought a house with Jennifer one year prior). They began the hunt with snow on the ground, a loan approval in hand, and big ideas for the perfect starter home. They only needed to see four houses before he found “THE ONE.” Much like his feelings toward his fiance…he knew it when he saw it. A purchase agreement for 7744 Evian was secured, and a closing date was set. The transaction was seamless. No hiccups, no frenzy. Just a smooth trip to the table, with cheers all around when Christopher announced that she’d said YES. Congratulations, Christopher, on the new house and the new bride-to-be!
Britt and Linda had enjoyed a few years of retirement in Zionsville,
but when they called Jennifer, they’d come to the conclusion that The
Lone Star State was calling them home. They had a mutual friend in
town, and he’d apparently told them Jennifer was the only call they
needed to make. He was right, but they called every other broker in
town too, and soon had a parade of opinions muddying reality on how
best to prepare and price their home. Jennifer helped them see through
the hype and wishful thinking with facts, statistics and a true Market
Absorption Analysis that won her the listing at the right price to
sell the home. The marketing wasn’t easy on this one. It was no
run-of-the-mill property and would take just the right buyer.
Soooooooo many scheduled showings nearly wore the owners out. Two
weeks before they got the offer that closed the deal, they were ready
to give up. But that sale closed in February, and Jennifer was
reminded again to never, never give up.
The sellers of 4560 Woods Edge were at their wit’s end. Times had
been tough, and their house had to be sold. When they called Jennifer,
they said “We want to be a ‘story of sold.’ You might be our last
hope.” With just a few delicate questions, Jennifer knew what she had
to do. She called their bank, got permission to sell it at market
value, and commenced the marketing. Three offers were received within
a week. They picked the winner, and marched toward a closing. It
wasn’t an easy sale for a myriad of reasons, but it got closed in
short order. The house is under rehab right now, and the former owners
get to start over without that burden on their shoulders. Whether
you’re looking for an exciting new beginning or at the end of your
rope, Jennifer will craft the perfect ending to your own story of
Cute Cute Cute! Superbly maintained home on a fenced, corner lot, in the heart of town with newer siding, windows and mechanical systems.
