Michael and Sarah wanted to build a bigger home. The expected arrival of baby #2 would make their comfortable little starter home in Walker Farms tight. They loved the Whitestown location, but just needed more space…and fast…the due date was in July! Beazer would not start building the new house until the ranch was sold and closed, so Michael & Sarah had simply planned to move twice (which was obviously not ideal with a baby on the way). Jennifer helped them price their home to take advantage of a recovering market, and to capture as much equity as possible, with an understanding that time was of the essence. She rolled out the marketing on the Friday before Super Bowl Sunday. The first showing was scheduled for Saturday morning, and an offer was received Saturday afternoon that, amazingly, offered a 4-month RENT BACK opportunity for the sellers. Because the prospective buyers’ wedding was not until August, and because they didn’t want to lose the opportunity to claim this beautiful home, they agreed to buy it in March and let Michael & Sarah rent it from them until they were ready to move. Touchdown! Who could reject those terms? Construction started on the big house, and Michael and Sarah stayed put! The new owners will get to move right into their dream starter home after the wedding, and Jennifer enjoyed watching the way that game unfolded. Champion terms for sure!
